    Warranty & Purchase Policy

    6-Month Warranty & Purchase Policy

    At The iPhone Guy, all devices are professionally tested and verified before sale. We stand behind our products with a strong warranty and clear purchase policies.


    6-Month Warranty

    Warranty Coverage

    All devices include a 6-month (180-day) limited warranty covering functional defects under normal use from the date of purchase.


    What’s Covered

    • Hardware malfunctions
    • Functional issues not caused by physical damage
    • Failures that occur during normal, intended use

    What’s NOT Covered

    • Cracked screens or physical damage
    • Water or liquid damage
    • Drops, impact, or pressure damage
    • Normal cosmetic wear
    • Battery performance or battery life expectations
    • Software issues or user-related problems
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    Warranty Process

    If an issue occurs within the warranty period:

    1. Contact us
    2. We inspect and test the device
    3. Determine if the issue qualifies under warranty

    If approved, we may:

    • Repair the device
    • Replace the device
    • Offer store credit (at our discretion)

    Warranty Conditions

    To qualify for warranty:

    • Device must match original IMEI/serial number
    • Must not have account locks (iCloud, passcode, etc.)
    • Must not show signs of physical or liquid damage

    Devices that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


    Warranty Limitations

    • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
    • Warranty does not reset or extend after replacement
    • Warranty claims must be made within the 6-month period

    Purchase Policy (All Sales Final)

    No Returns

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect purchases
    • Temporary or short-term use

    Devices are not sold for trial or rental purposes.


    Before You Buy

    Customers are responsible for verifying:

    • Device model
    • Storage capacity
    • Carrier compatibility
    • Desired condition

    Inspection & Acceptance

    For in-store purchases or pickup:

    Customers are encouraged to inspect the device at the time of purchase.
    Completion of the purchase or acceptance of the device confirms satisfaction with its condition.


    Device Responsibility

    Customers must:

    • Remove all personal accounts before warranty service
    • Ensure devices are not locked (iCloud, passcode, etc.)

    Devices returned in a locked or altered state may be denied service.


    Our Commitment

    We aim to provide high-quality, fully tested devices and stand behind them with a strong warranty. While all sales are final, we are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly and professionally.
