We sell refurbished devices and accessories. All products are tested for functionality and described as accurately as possible.

We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are error-free. Inventory may change without notice.


4. Device Condition

Devices are sold based on listed condition (e.g., Excellent, Good, etc.). Cosmetic condition is subjective and may vary slightly but does not affect functionality unless stated.

We reserve the right to document device condition, serial numbers, and functionality prior to sale.


5. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Storage capacity
  • Carrier compatibility
  • Desired condition

All sales are final.


6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Applicable sales tax may be added based on local requirements
  • Orders are not final until payment is received

10. Shipping & Pickup

Orders may be shipped or picked up in-store.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout
  • Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages
  • Any shipping-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Pickup

  • Valid identification may be required
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect devices at pickup
  • Acceptance of the device confirms satisfaction with its condition

11. Customer Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.


12. No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases
  • Temporary use

Devices are not sold for trial or short-term use.


13. Warranty

All devices include a limited warranty.

14. Claim Limitation

Any claims related to a purchase must be made within the applicable warranty period.


15. Exclusive Remedy

The customer’s sole remedy for any issue is limited to repair, replacement, or store credit as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all carriers, networks, or eSIM configurations. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.


17. Battery Performance

Battery life will vary based on age and usage. Unless otherwise stated, original battery performance is not guaranteed.


18. Software & Updates

We do not guarantee future software updates, compatibility, or manufacturer support for any device.


19. Accessories & Third-Party Products

Accessories and third-party products may vary in performance and compatibility. We are not responsible for manufacturer limitations.


20. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders, request verification, or refuse transactions suspected of fraud.

We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions made using fraudulent payment methods.


21. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future service.


22. Limitation of Liability
